Dai­ly Moon Dis­patch – 31 August 2026

The Moon is wan­ing gib­bous as seen from Earth.

The Sun is rid­ing high over Con­rad Sta­tion. The regolith is bright­ly lit with crisp shad­ows. Sys­tems are under full solar load, and the sta­tion feels awake — yet water, pow­er mar­gins, and the three-day lag have not eased.

Nils Carmike is out on the trails where a prospec­tor still has to be, treat­ing the sur­face as some­thing that will kill the care­less. Mass is not weight. Help is still three days away.
