Daily Moon Dispatch – 4 October 2026

A waning crescent hangs over Earth.

The Sun is setting at Conrad Station. After the long lunar day, the golden disk now sits low, painting long shadows across the regolith. The station is quietly preparing for the night to come.

Doc Keller is in the infirmary, watching dosage numbers that never quite go to zero. Radiation does not take the night off, and the nearest advanced medical center is still a three-day lag away.

This is hard science fiction lunar frontier territory: thin margins, three-day lags, and people trying to stay human while the vacuum waits outside.
