Weekly Moon Dispatch – Week of September 12, 2026

Do you need more Moon joy this week?

A waxing crescent hangs over Earth.

The long lunar night continues at Conrad Station. Outside there is only Earthlight on the regolith and the hard black of vacuum. Earth hangs high above the station. Surface activity remains minimal. Life continues inside the habitats under artificial light, where the quiet technical margins that keep everyone alive remain fully in force.

This is hard science fiction lunar frontier territory: thin margins, three-day lags, and people trying to stay human while the vacuum waits outside. From this point forward, the Daily Moon Dispatch continues to range freely across the whole Fabulae Lunae series. Any of the three books — The Lunadyne Incident, Thunder Moon Tussle, or Mask of the Joyful Moon — and any of their central characters may take the lead.
