The long lunar night has set­tled over Con­rad Sta­tion. Out­side there is only Earth­light on the regolith and the hard black of vac­u­um. Sur­face activ­i­ty has large­ly ceased. Life con­tin­ues inside the habi­tats under arti­fi­cial light, where the qui­et human and tech­ni­cal pres­sures of the fron­tier remain ful­ly in force.
