Dai­ly Moon Dis­patch – 7 August 2026

The Sun has set at Con­rad Sta­tion. The long lunar night has begun.

Out­side there is no sky glow — only the hard black of vac­u­um and the soft sil­ver of Earth­light on the regolith. Sur­face activ­i­ty has large­ly ceased. The station’s life has moved inside the habi­tats, where the qui­et human rhythms of the fron­tier con­tin­ue under arti­fi­cial light and the steady hum of life support.
